NOTE: You want to able to see the fish through the punch so be careful with the food coloring.Add a few drops of the blue food coloring, stir and add more coloring until the punch reaches the right color of blur.Pour the 7up into a large bowl ( I used the fish bowl). It reminds me of my younger years when I would play carnival games. This is such a cute drink idea for a carnival themed party.
